Narara Island

As part of the Marine National Park near vadinar, Ecosystems are found on the narara island. Where one can go by road. For visiting this place one has to take prior permission of Conservator of forests, Jamnagar.

Place is located near Vadinar. Nearest city is jamnagar which is around 40-50 kms away. Best time to visit this place is early morning because sea water is very less and you will see most of sea animals like octopus, star fish, jelly fish, crabs etc. Better to hire guide so that they will help you find sea animals. Place is quite peaceful and should be visited with friends and family on weekends.

This Marine National Park is approx 50 to 60 kms from Jamnagar, Gujarat (approx 1 to 2 hrs drive) on Jamnagar Dwarka Highway. Best time to visit the place is at low tide, so plan your visit by checking with local guides. You can find lots of guides here, who will guide you upto the mid of the sea in the low tide. As one walks further one can see the clear waters of the sea.
